  • YES! We accept exchanges and returns! 

    We hope you love your Pepper Swimwear as much as we do but if you are not happy for any reason, we accept EXCHANGES or RETURNS (excluding items marked FINAL SALE) of unworn items in “new” condition within 15 days of receipt.
    
    1) Please include your order number or packing slip in the package.
    2) For EXCHANGES clearly note what size you would like to exchange for and we will ship out the correct size free of charge.
    3) For RETURNS clearly note "RETURN" and please tell us the reason for the return (this helps us improve our products!) and we will issue a refund upon receipt.

    All orders are shipped Monday-Friday during business hours. Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched as soon as possible from our location in Los Angeles with United States Postal Service (USPS). Most orders ship same or next day, some may take up to 3 BUSINESS days (EXCLUDES SAT + SUN) to ship. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking info after items have dispatched.

    FREE First Class shipping on all orders!!

    Average delivery time is between 1-3 BUSINESS days (M-F) for parcels to arrive after dispatch depending on how far you are from Los Angeles. Some locations can take an additional 1-2 days but that is rare.  

    USPS PRIORITY MAIL (1-3 business days) - $7

    USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS (1-2 business days) - $20

    INTERNATIONAL:

    FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL - $12.00

    Average delivery time is 1-4 weeks (depending on customs)

    Some international postal systems are faster than others and we can not guarantee a specific arrival date.  On some very rare occasions the parcel can take up to 25 business days if stuck at customs, but this is VERY very rare.

    First Class mail is trackable in some countries. Most parcels can be tracked on USPS.com for all or most of the trip, not all countries will be able to track parcels online once the parcel is in their country, depends your postal system, some require tracking the parcel over the phone instead and some countries do not offer tracking at all.

    PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING - $40

    Average delivery time is 6-10 days to most countries

    
    Certain countries may be charged with customs taxes/duties, Pepper Swimwear has no control over this and is not responsible for any taxes that may occur as duty, VAAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. Select countries will keep the parcel at your local post office for pickup due to any fees that need to be paid. The amount can vary by country, if at all applied, we recommend checking with you postal service to see if this applies to you.
