SHIPPING
All orders ship from our sunny studio in Los Angeles, CA, usually within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Once your Pepper shipS, we’ll send you tracking so you can watch it make its way to you like a trail of beach breadcrumbs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to feel in your body and in your joy in every piece you choose. Swim fit can be particular (different bodies + different beach plans), so we offer options to help you land the right one.
Exchanges (Recommended)
If the fit isn’t aligned on the first try, we’ll help you find the one that is.

How it works:
Email returns@pepperswimwear.com with your order number + the size/color you want.
We’ll send you a prepaid return label and ship your new size at no extra cost.
Returns for Refund
Sometimes a piece just isn’t “the one.” That’s okay — it happens.

Eligible items (unworn, tags + liners attached) may be returned within 21 days

Refunds go to your original payment method

A prepaid return label will be provided, and the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund
We do this to reduce unnecessary back-and-forth shipping, lower waste, and keep things thoughtful for the planet and our people.
