Try us with confidence! We offer FREE returns and exchanges within the United States. Just contact us within 15 days of receiving your digs and we'll send you a return label. We also accept returns and exchanges for international orders but do not cover shipping expenses.

Yes! We ship quickly! And yes! We ship WORLDWIDE!

All orders are shipped Monday-Friday during business hours. Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched as soon as possible from Los Angeles, primarily with United States Postal Service (USPS). Most orders ship same or next day, some may take up to 3 business days (excludes SAT + SUN) to ship. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking info after items have dispatched.

Average delivery time is between 1-7 BUSINESS days (M-F) for parcels to arrive after dispatch depending on how far you are from Los Angeles.

FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL - $18.00

Some international postal systems are faster than others and we can not guarantee a specific arrival date.  On some very rare occasions the parcel can take up to 25 business days if stuck at customs, but this is very rare.

First Class mail is trackable in some countries. Most parcels can be tracked on USPS.com for all or most of the trip, not all countries will be able to track parcels online once the parcel is in their country, depends your postal system, some require tracking the parcel over the phone instead and some countries do not offer tracking at all.

Certain countries may be charged with customs taxes/duties, Pepper Swimwear has no control over this and is not responsible for any taxes that may occur as duty, VAAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. Select countries will keep the parcel at your local post office for pickup due to any fees that need to be paid. The amount can vary by country, if at all applied, we recommend checking with you postal service to see if this applies to you.
